Terms of service

Ronéo turns the course documents you upload into multiple-choice questions marked on the discordance scale used by the French national medical examinations, and into revision fiches. These terms govern access to and use of the service.

Creating an account requires a valid email address and accurate information. The account is personal: sharing it is not permitted.

The service is aimed at students in health-related degrees. It is not intended for children under fifteen.

You keep every right over the documents you upload. You grant us only the technical right to store them, extract their text and transmit them to our generation provider, in order to give you the service, and only for as long as you keep them.

You undertake to upload only documents you have the right to use, and not to redistribute them through the service. Uploaded content is accessible to you alone.

A transcription recorded in a lecture theatre is your responsibility with regard to the people present and your institution's rules.

Questions, corrections and fiches are produced automatically from your documents. They are revision aids. They are not medical advice, not a reference source, not a guarantee of accuracy, and must not be the basis of any clinical decision.

Every proposition points back to the passage it was drawn from, precisely so that you can check. A generation error is settled by going back to your own document.

No examination outcome is guaranteed.

The free plan gives access to a monthly volume of questions shown in the account settings. Paid plans, their prices and quotas are set out on the pricing page.

No payment method is collected at present: billing is not yet open. The terms of charging, renewal, withdrawal and refund will be set out here before the first subscription, and you will be told before any payment is taken.

The service is provided as it stands, with no contractual availability commitment. Interruptions for maintenance or incident are possible. We aim to announce them and keep them short.

Features may change. Any significant removal will be announced before it happens.

You can close your account at any time from settings. Your content is erased within thirty days.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, in particular account sharing, attempts to circumvent quotas, or uploading manifestly unlawful content. A suspension is reasoned and the reason is shown to you.

We are not liable for the use you make of generated content, nor for the loss of documents of which you keep no original. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded at law, in particular for personal injury or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, including through the consumer mediation named in the legal notice.
