The product
What Ronéo reads, what it draws from it, and under which rules.
- What files can I add?
- PDF, Word, PowerPoint, images and scans of polycopiés. A scan you can read, Ronéo can read. You can also record a lecture and have it transcribed, or paste in a QCM your faculty handed out.
- How long does a QCM take to generate?
- A few minutes for a course of about fifty pages. You get a notification; there is no need to sit on the page.
- Does Ronéo cover every year?
- PASS and LAS, then the externat up to the EDN. The level of the propositions and the barème follow the year you declare.
- What if a generated proposition is wrong?
- Every proposition links back to the passage it was drawn from, which makes the mistake visible at a glance. You report it and it leaves your runs.
- Is the barème really the EDN one?
- Yes: marking is by discordances. No discordance is worth 1 point, one is worth 0.5, two are worth 0.2, beyond that the question is worth 0. That is what makes a score comparable to a real paper rather than to a quiz.
Plans and billing
What is free, what is not, and how you move between them.
- Do I need a card for the free plan?
- No. The free plan works with no payment method on file, and with no time limit.
- Can I change plan mid-year?
- Yes, in both directions. Moving up is prorated against the time remaining.
- Is there a price for student associations?
- Yes, the Tutorat plan, quoted individually, with seats in bulk and a volume discount. It adds paper composition, marking and cohort tracking.
Your documents
What becomes of them once added, and how to take them back.
- What happens to my course once I add it?
- It stays yours. Your documents are not shared with other accounts and are not used to build a common bank.
- Can I delete my documents?
- At any time, from the course itself. Deleting removes the document and the questions drawn from it.
