Where this question comes from.
Every proposition points back at the passage it was drawn from. That is what makes a generation error visible at a glance.
Direct oral anticoagulants divide by their target. Dabigatran inhibits thrombin directly, whereas apixaban, rivaroxaban and edoxaban inhibit factor Xa directly. Unlike the vitamin K antagonists, their effect is predictable at a fixed dose and is not monitored by INR.
